Helen Smith

Helen has spent over 27-years working as a Senior HR &

OD Practitioner in a number of public and private sector organisations. Helen spent some time specialising in Workforce Planning and this has been complemented by

her broad experience and knowledge in the field of Human Resources and Organisational Development.

Helen is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and is educated to Masters Level, holding a masters degree in Employment Law and a BA (Hons) in Business Information Management. In addition, Helen is a Prince 2 Practitioner, NLP Master Practitioner and an ILM qualified Coach.
