A Management Assessment Exercise...
At the start of the training session, place 400 bricks in a closed room.
Take your potential employees in the room and close the door.
Leave them alone and come back after 6 hours; then analyse the situation you find. If they:-
are counting the bricks – put them into the Accounts Department
are recounting them – put them into Auditing
are placing the bricks into a strange order – put them into Planning
are sleeping – put them in Security
have broken the bricks into pieces – put them into IT
have already left for the day – put them into Marketing
are staring out of the window – put them into Strategic Planning
are talking to each other and not a single brick has been moved, congratulate them and put them into a Senior Management Role!
